Zvika Shalgo -

Zvi Shalgo was previously the General Manager and Chief Representative for Frutarom Industries in China. Among his responsibilities were setting up a manufacturing and R&D centre (taking over a local company), leading the sales penetration efforts, and managing the areas of raw materials, import, and trade.
Prior to that he served in UDI (The Eisenberg Group of Companies) as General Manager of Jinzhou Eisen Oil Co’ Ltd., an edible oil refinery J/V in north China.
As the founder of Pine Technologies Limited, the group’s technical distribution arm in Hong Kong, Zvi gathered invaluable hands-on personal experience in all aspects of penetration to Chinese markets.
He also has 7 years industrial management experience in Israel prior to moving to China.
Zvi has lived in China since 1996; he holds a masters degree in Financial Systems from Clack University (Mass. USA) and a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv Business College.
In his free time, he’s a big fan of all kinds of water sports, and especially enjoys boat building.

Zach Lichtblau - Legal Secretary and Vice Chairman

Zach Lichtblau is a principal consultant at the Shanghai office of Bonnard Lawson, an international law firm with a focus on cross-border investments. He specializes in assisting Israeli and European investors in establishing their legal structure in China and deal with various legal issues associated with doing business in China. He is also co-owner and director of Equasia, a group of companies providing company registration and corporate services in a number of jurisdictions and focusing on China-bound investment. Zach has been living in Shanghai and assisting investors in Shanghai and other parts of China since 2005. Prior to moving to Shanghai he obtained a masters degree in management from the University of London, bachelor degrees in Law and East Asian Studies from Tel-Aviv University and has spent two years studying Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan. Zach is fluent in Hebrew, English and Mandarin Chinese.

Yoav Chernitz - General Activities |

Yoav Chernitz began doing business in China on 2005 as a sales director for an Israeli high-tech company in the field of mobile phones software. Currently Yoav is the General Manager of John Bryce China, the training division of Matrix group, providing High-Tech education services for corporates and R&D departments in China. Yoav is living in Shanghai with his wife and his 2 daughters who were born here since 2007.

Avi Berger - Members Development |

Born 1939 in Bat- Galim Haifa, Ari Berger resides in Shanghai with his Shanghainese wife and 7 year old daughter "Asia". Ari’s wife is an architect and interior designer and serves as Director for China with Wilson Associates a leading globel leader in the field.
Ari sold his controlling interests in his own construction company Ari & Associates in the US and chose to retire here in Shanghai. Ari belongs to an Ex Pat club "Internations", and is very active in the networking scene in shanghai and other countries he lived in.
“I have the time and the ability to arrange events of interest to professionals and businessmen”. Ari intends to focus his activity in Ischam in developing the membership and the interest of the community in its activities.

Andrey Tsaran - Website, Forums and Social Media

Andrey has a more than 15 years of professional diversified experience he started his professional career in the machinery industry (CNC, conventional turning and milling, AutoCad designing and molding). After earning Bachelor degree with excellence from Technion, Andrey joined an elite technological unit of IDF were he ran several important projects, each one of them budgeting from $100,000 to $2,000,000. Later he joined an R&D brain research lab of the Technion, where he conducted clinical trials applying sophisticated algorithms for medical devices. For this he was granted a Master of Science degree. Andrey later lead algorithm development teams at Card Guard – Lifewatch, and Mobileye. Moving to china in 2008 Andrey compeled a Chinese MBA and joined Infinity equity investment group as a Venture Partner and later as an on-board member of it’s IP Bank focusing on fund dealing with cross border technological deals. Andrey work includes business development, strategic partnerships, building and structuring joint ventures, deep market research and strategy building, fund raising and government relationships. Andrey speaks fluently 4 languages (not including dialects) including Chinese Mandarin (can read, write and speak more than 5,000 characters).

Sara has completed her IEMBA course in Malaysia, and she has acquainted herself with a range of business knowledge and skills through the course. Currently, she is start her career in PTL Group that help foreign companies to enter Chinese market by providing professional management consulting with other services support. Meanwhile, she works as coordinator of Ischam.
